Packaging and Shipping

For Aluminum Foam Panels: Given their unique porous structure, panels are first individually wrapped with protective PE foam to prevent surface abrasion. They are then securely packed into customized, reinforced non-fumigation wooden crates (ISPM 15 compliant) with interior shock-absorbing edge protectors to withstand heavy ocean transit and multi-port handling.
For Sublimation Aluminum Sheets: To protect the high-definition polymer coating, sheets are stacked with moisture-absorbent interleave paper to prevent friction and moisture build-up. The bundles are wrapped in waterproof plastic film, stabilized on heavy-duty wooden pallets, and tightly strapped with steel or high-tensile plastic bands to eliminate shifting during container transport.
Container Loading & Security: All export shipments are professionally arranged, balanced, and tightly braced inside sea containers. We utilize heavy-duty dunnage bags and tie-downs to ensure maximum stability against maritime rolling and pitching.
